WHO WE ARE:
Pleasanton's Young American Patriots Fife & Drum Corps "YAPs" is an award-winning, performance-oriented NON-POLITICAL children's fife and drum parade band dedicated to perpetuating the music, history & heritage of our nation's founding through musical education. We are based in the beautiful San Francisco Bay area of California (Pleasanton), and have been providing music and leadership education to Pleasanton-area kids since we gave our first lesson on March 19th 2010.
Members will learn how to read music, play the fife or drum, march, and eventually how to compose and write their own music in a fun, relaxed small-group setting.
